很抱歉，由于随着不断的发文，导致了出院后居家研究环境不断恶化，近几日居家再次出现高强度神经技术精神干扰广播和道德栽赃，本人大脑再次损伤，同时被迫分居后的孩子住所出现了之前给予孩子健康安全的防辐射临时装修破坏。因声称出现国际朋友，我不得不在此着重辟谣，希望予以理解和支持。同时，我不得不延缓研究发文速度，希望大家谅解。

本人目前个人住宅和妻女住宅均采用了国际最顶级的防无线电信号标准进行防护（地板为0.6mm厚硅钢板+250目不锈钢网；四周和头顶墙壁采用低频防辐射油漆和高频防辐射油漆，局部250目不锈钢网加固），正常居家无线电信号完全没有能力被测量到。

本人个人认为该技术世界已经百年研究应用广泛，而且本人是经过四年半的学术性避免衍生伤害社会后，在今年刚刚明确声明受害，同时基于客观现实和国内外社会共同利益，主张人脑神经人工智能技术（NAI）用于经济科技发展反对应用于社会关系和社会管理。从人权角度完全否定该技术是不符合现实和客观规律的，是在四年半时间检验国内外均不可能的事情，还是希望大家给予谅解支持和帮助，不要干扰本人以人类最大人权生存发展权和保护平等自由的民主制度为契机合理推进该技术全球公平发展的研究，让这个技术趋利避害造福于人类社会。

我绝不相信一个破坏民主法律的人能够引领社会公共道德；我更厌恶通过强制和我讨论道德问题去影响公共道德和利益；即便是完全自我牺牲的道德领袖也很难保证对于道德公开争议有利于社会的公共利益。

同时呼吁社会对于该技术保持一个足够的忍耐，以法律为基准保护个人权利，不要使用暴力。

I absolutely do not believe that a person who undermines democratic laws can lead the public morality of society; I am even more disgusted by influencing public morality and interests by forcing people to discuss moral issues with me; even a completely self-sacrificing moral leader can hardly guarantee that public debate on morality is beneficial to the public interest of society.

At the same time, we call on society to be patient with this technology, to protect individual rights based on the law, and not to resort to violence.
