神经技术一个发展一百多年的技术，各国都或多或少都有发展，我们近期展示的以干细胞培育的大脑和芯片叠加的脑机接口控制机器人更是显示了我国在器官再造和神经技术的世界顶级技术水平，这种技术对于一个拥有十四亿人的国家来讲统计问题根本就是一个发展与不发展的决策问题，而不是一个技术问题，当然在这个过程中是有很多的技术细节和产品落地，商业实用化可能会慢一些。在这方面，高端商业技术和生物电子实用创新研发方面，美国欧洲的确走在了前面，美国这块研发占了世界的50%，英国和欧洲占了30%，商业创新必然要良好的商业环境和良好的社会投资，中国这边出现了这种非中国的神经技术公开受害的负面消息，也直接影响美欧的商业环境，政府管制态度以及社会投资热情，纳斯达克和欧洲股市也就与中国同呼吸共命运了。估计这种概念对于其他国家经济也是一样，日本和韩国如果有的话，利益也应该是一致的，至于反华政治行为，我总是觉得没有哪个国家会蠢到这种地步。对于这个技术的矫情，就不要往美欧想了，技术上也不存在可能性，服务器时间延迟不允许而且经济驱动太大，而且政府都有明确态度，一有负面消息社会就叫管，经济界就咧嘴，别上当。这个闹事的技术，反正我们自己不乱自己，我目前呆在家里，希望大家关照不要出过多负面消息，另外我继续公开受害者身份，助推中国伸进技术商业发展；这个闹事的家伙，早点和政府认错，把事情了了吧；哪个被动雷达式的脑机接口是最大的麻烦，放心想合法出来的研发机构都不会打这个的主意，中国是这样国外也是。早点全球治理吧，这个鬼东西要是用在社会和军事领域麻烦可就大了。

If there is any, the interests of Japan and South Korea should be consistent. As for anti-China political behavior, I always feel that no country would be so stupid. Don’t think about the US and Europe for being pretentious about this technology. It is not technically possible. The server time delay does not allow it and the economic drive is too great. Moreover, the government has a clear attitude. When there is negative news, society calls for intervention and the business community grimaces. Don’t be fooled. As for this technology that is causing trouble, we will not mess with it ourselves. I am currently staying at home. I hope everyone will take care of me and not make too much negative news. This troublemaker should admit his mistake to the government as soon as possible and put an end to the matter. The passive radar-type brain-computer interface is the biggest trouble. Don’t worry, research and development institutions that want to come out legally will not think of this. This is the case in China and abroad. Global governance should be implemented as soon as possible. If this ghost thing is used in the social and military fields, it will be a big trouble.
