由于近期小区两处居所居家一直遭到相关神经技术邻居干扰，包括高剂量放射源邻居污染、大功率信号邻居污染，隔墙200HZ高强度神经技术广播思维干扰，以及邻居对话干扰；本人家人存在生命安全风险，加之今日父母体弱发烧，本人暂时无法按原计划赴无人区进行相关人脑神经人工智能公平发展和可持续发展研究。相关情况以及数据，已经通过上海110信箱和区生态环保局反馈。敬请谅解。
同时希望相关邻居，不要无视我多次在官方证据和技术分析上对于该侵权技术在欧美的否认，以客观理性分析和国际化视角进行相关问题处理，尊重国际通行的神经伦理准则，不要编造谣言，不要进行人脑正常工作的干扰尊重个人自我意识，不要进行个人感情的公开交流和公开评议，不要进行非授权行为代理，避免多元化道德冲突，成为有担当公民业主不要推卸责任，不要增加国家和社会负担。
对于侵权神经技术，希望不要被广播者厚黑态度所迷惑，识别出其既要违反国际学术原则和惯例，要求我国承担国际责任，将该技术强加于政府社会管理，利用不平等不自由的伪民主理论号召社会进行政府民主监督；另一方，动员超越受害者本人（我）的民权运动，以及超越政府的全民非法调查和非法专政，将社会的精力由经济建设转移至扩大化司法，严重阻碍我国该类技术的正常发展和国际交流。
对于该侵权技术本人从社会整体利益出发，不逼迫，认为其行为存在原因的复杂性，始终保持开放态度，同意其负责任的当面在中国司法框架下进行相关问题处理，同时拒绝其在未接受中国法律控制前的任何帮助，希望其如果存在原因的复杂性，尽快在中国法律框架下自救。本人将以四年半经历为基础，从解决多元化道德冲突的角度，继续研究该类技术在联合国可持续发展框架下的公平发展应用，为世界能够顺利接纳该技术奠定基础。同时，因个人能力及历史原因，力所能及的优先保证中美间该类技术应用的合作和理解。希望近期因干扰过重希望相关朋友理解本人避免相关私人沟通的难处，本人将在确保交流者安全的情况下继续进行相关社交活动。
