在本人自2020年回国开始至今，近五年受到人脑神经技术的侵权，本人一直采用了依据自身理论实战的办法验证自己理论的正确性。面对人类被大脑侵权和高强度贴身控制，同时涉及公共安全和社会化、政治化、国际化这一世界级最困难的管理学难题；涉及一个关乎人类命运的末日技术的治理性问题；本人从实战的角度切身实践了相关本人自行研究的结论，将相关社会伤害影响模型成功控制在上海九亭奥林匹克花园社区，并且成功存活至今同时不断验证了相关理论的正确性，尤其是该技术基于不平等不自由基础上无法有效构建人类社会关系和反民主制度的本质，揭示了该技术极易导致严重的信仰不包容、意识形态冲突和信仰危机的问题；同时成功拿出了该技术有效推动人类社会平稳向前发展的方案；同时切合中国国情和社会实际结合党的理论提出了对内以经济为中心解决该技术发展治理问题，对外以可持续发展和信仰包容解决该技术发展治理问题的理论。

在居家与神经技术以及衍生伤害对抗过程中，本人充分体验和使用了实战结果而非学术理论辩论进行了相关问题的验证和解决。这种实战是没有任何规则，完全不对称不平等的，完全不同于法庭的公平规则辩论，更不是学术性的科学逻辑讨论。因此本人有着充分的理由大言不惭的申请大学的终身教授研究岗位，该岗位不接受任何考核，研究地点由本人随意选择，待遇完全与其他教授无异，保证全部家属生活，课题将依据本人独特经验理论进行申请，且给予及时支持和满足。

Since I returned to China in 2020, I have been infringed by human brain neural technology for nearly five years. I have always used the method of using my own theory to verify the correctness of my theory. Faced with the infringement of human brain and high-intensity close control, it also involves the world’s most difficult management problem of public security and socialization, politicization, and internationalization; it involves a governance issue of doomsday technology related to the fate of mankind; I have personally practiced the conclusions of my own research from a practical perspective, successfully controlled the relevant social harm impact model in the Olympic Garden Community in Jiuting, Shanghai, and successfully survived to this day. At the same time, I have continuously verified the correctness of relevant theories, especially the nature of this technology that cannot effectively build human social relations and anti-democratic systems based on inequality and unfreedom, revealing that this technology is very likely to lead to serious problems of intolerance of beliefs, ideological conflicts and crisis of faith; at the same time, I have successfully put forward a plan for this technology to effectively promote the steady development of human society; at the same time, in line with China’s national conditions and social reality, combined with the party’s theory, it has proposed a theory to solve the governance problems of the development of this technology with the economy as the center internally, and to solve the governance problems of the development of this technology with sustainable development and tolerance of beliefs externally.

In the process of confronting neurotechnology and derivative injuries at home, I fully experienced and used the actual results rather than academic theoretical debates to verify and solve relevant problems. This kind of actual combat has no rules, is completely asymmetrical and unequal, and is completely different from the fair rules of court debates, let alone academic scientific logic discussions. Therefore, I have sufficient reasons to apply for a tenured professor research position at the university. This position does not accept any assessment, and the research location can be chosen by me at will. The treatment is exactly the same as other professors, and the living expenses of all family members are guaranteed. The project will be applied based on my unique experience and theory, and timely support and satisfaction will be given.
