由于目前居家工作和生活环境持续受到干扰,无法有效查阅相关主要国家既有法律。仅对于NAI自动化经济发展方案中涉及的法律控制关键进行如下简述,以便日后继续完善。
1)防止该技术商业化中涉及安全性的扩散问题。
该技术实质是大规模标准人脑神经信号-行为标准样本库与捕获实时信号的比对;因此大规模标准样本库是日后商业化中涉及国家安全和公共安全,乃至军事安全的核心问题。采用最高级别的监管以及商业应用的加密措施,是必须的也是不得不的事情。
2)商业应用中为保证捕获人脑神经数据受控,绝不可以使用被动雷达式的非接触脑机接口。
3)规避人脑意识人工智能问题的法律限制,防止意识冲突的高危公共安全问题:商业应用中只能进行人脑神经数据-行为对比的人工智能生成,不能涉及、保存、传播任何人脑意识解析,更不能建立人脑意识解析库,不能利用已有加密封装神经数据解析系统再次建立大规模标准样本库。
