因本人长期遭到人脑神经技术公开伤害，从经历上看其使用了音视频及文字神经数据解析，本人认为该技术目前对于人脑神经数据非接触捕获后的解析已经能够达到商用程度，同时利用人脑神经数据可以直接用于复制人类智慧，带来人工智能的颠覆性发展，为人类带来第五次技术革命。在这个对我灾难的时刻，我忽然觉得灾难也许也是一种机遇。如果谁手中拥有我的神经解析数据，同时又具备进一步研究的实力，我想我们可以对比我的神经数据与我一同研发这种解析技术，创造一个通用性人工智能生成平台。同时，刺激目前高科技经济出现疲弱，支撑本人提出了以人脑神经人工智能第五次技术革命的概念以及其规范化发展的研究主张。具体要求如下：
1）拥有持续不间断的，完整的我的公开人脑神经各类解析数据；
2）遵守中国法律，不介意我使用法律维权，对研发内容严格保密
3）仅做科技研发合作，不涉及任何国际政治，支持中美友好
4）本人主导研发方向
5）暂不涉及本人目前两处上海市松江区九亭镇两处住处贴身邻居的社会关系
6）最好拥有2048位电极帽及相关设备，具备与解析数据同步的采集取样能力
7）具备波统计、波分析、波推算的软件和编程能力
8）自备相关设备和提供持续研发资金，包括研发办公地点经费。
9）上海当地研发，不接受远程研发，初期不涉及任何盈利目的，仅做个人研发合作
