本人及家人被神经技术公开侵权自2020年开始至今，正在趋于严重。考虑到本人自侵权来始终以平息中美之间就非本人及本人家庭责任公共侵权事件的争议，见相关2022年声明该公共伤害侵权技术官方渠道证明并非中国美国欧洲官方技术，且美方已经在2021年不接受协助中国办案的请求。因考虑到中美2021年12月出现的公开的脑控制裁争议，本人及家庭神经技术侵权自救方案等待美国大选结束后进行，期间继续坚持党领导下的政府统一治理态度不变。

I and my family have been publicly infringed by neurotechnology since 2020, and the situation is getting worse. Considering that I have always been infringing on the public technology to calm the dispute between China and the United States over public infringement incidents that are not my and my family’s responsibility, see the relevant 2022 statement that the official channel of the public injury infringement technology proves that it is not the official technology of China, the United States and Europe, and the United States has not accepted China’s request to assist in handling the case in 2021. Considering the public brain control sanctions dispute between China and the United States in December 2021, the self-help plan for neurotechnology infringement of myself and my family will wait until the end of the US election, and continue to adhere to the attitude of unified governance of the government under the leadership of the Party.
