本人对于伪善的神经技术的公开态度：我再次代表我们家重申我对于侵权神经技术的公开态度。作为一个公开涉及公共安全的技术，而且还在公开宣传，即便该技术把我说成是最善良的人，其本质是反对政府管理的，我们可以为保护公共安全和公共利益牺牲个人利益，对于神经技术忍让和顾全大局，但不等于说可以帮助神经技术与国家协商，更何况该技术在失控期间，对于一个灾荒年间就独自搞出原子弹的国家来讲是绝对不可想象的大是大非。
因孩子近期身体异常不适存在安全隐患，母亲健康极速恶化，近期复增的不可防护的神经技术生物型色情攻击，本人暂停出国咨询公司筹建计划，所有活动待本人返回九里亭确认后，再确定下一步打算。目前公职身份出国旅行没有任何阻碍。此事已经确认与美国被帮助者无关，且近期其还存在相关出国资源支持意图。
本人认定，从公开政治态度和国家法律，以及技术参数，侵权神经技术服务器并不在欧洲和美国，且并非美国官方技术和人员。
迄今为止，所有涉及神经技术及本人情况的公开和不公开宣传除了本人负责宣传外，皆未向本人负责任公开。
考虑到本人目前崇明居家，依旧被相关暴力排外爱国主义围绕，期间充满欺骗和情绪性非公开暴力，希望投资者注意按照本人希望邮件联系，谨慎和正当调研，不要被骗和被控制。目前本人及本人家人声音已经公开被神经技术和不法人员模拟多年，正常情况下神经技术本人语言对话声音为二次声音皆不是本人原声，本人存有家中视频监控，投资者只需拿到相关声音与本人家中监控比对或者直接寻找上海公安局调查即可，切勿被骗。
同时本人不放弃个人书籍和学术文章写作以及国内外高校求职，相关公司筹建与高校求职以先到者为准。
相关投资合作者，在本人境外规避时与本人联系后，本人回国依然存在被曝光和直接大脑侵权风险。本人出国等待邮件时间届时会直接公开。
根据中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《领导干部干预司法活动、插手具体案件处理的记录、通报和责任追究规定》，目前本人为人脑神经技术侵权案件当事人（受害人），无法获取政府除了司法外其他有效支持，特此说明。仅能够通过自有力量和保护社会投资人方式筹建神经技术人工智能咨询公司，且该公司最初在美国筹建，总部依旧设在中国上海。
近几日神经技术侵权方公开给予的威胁信号，显示其打算超越本人成为社会控制者。考虑到本人近期筹建神经技术咨询公司的社会声明，使用的理由涉及群体利益过多，不能产生损失，且需要保护投资者安全、改革开放爱国主义热情和世界信仰包容。特此紧急决定，所有与本人联系（包括邮件和会面）将放在本人赴美安全以后，中国不进行会面和邮件联系，公司总部仍然设在上海，但可能美国公司首先筹建，首先接收中国投资者投资。
