1. 神经技术社会应用反平等自由的本质技术属性，本质上违反任何民主制度和共产主义目标，违反市场经济理论。使用神经技术进行的民主监督，实质上是破坏民主制度的技术监督，直接导致现行所有民主法律失效，政府运作被以民主名义的技术所有者独裁监督控制，立法无法以任何民主形式有效组织和制定，最终导致民选代理人政府领导因被技术控制者独裁监督控制影响无法履行民主职务乃至被肆意审查而被辞去现有民选职务，进一步的民主选举同样因无法组织而长久拖延无法成功组织，最终技术所有者进行独裁统治而无法调查无法进行任何民主监督。
2. 自2022年才开始公开声称对于自2020年伴随其侵权开始就存在的电磁信号和放射源伤害进行对本人人身保护的声明，事实上电磁辐射（包括无线电信号和放射源）皆为非致命性神经武器。
3. 在早已已知本人微信朋友圈宣传主要目的是对外而非针对朋友圈朋友，从不进行单个帖子的回复式宣传，常年持续使用神经技术涉及本人微信朋友圈社会关系名义公开宣传，该社会关系也从未通过微信、本人终身未更换号码与本人联系。
4. 自2020 年开始本人从未受到自社会的神经技术广播侵权证据，同时其拒绝司法法庭民主公正处理，广播为单人次序型广播从未受到并行干扰和冒充。
