摘 要
面对常年出现在本人及本人家庭身上的以神经数据为基础的社会应用即神经技术应用基础上，加之之前两周向神经技术发明者、控制者、使用者、拥护者进行社会治理方案学术挑战成功后，本人正式从技术构成原理和社会制度角度分析神经技术社会应用的不可行性，以及提出保护民主制度、信仰和谐以及生物性家庭关系的呼吁。
序 言
在公开发布这篇文章后，考虑严酷的受害经历体验以及历史性的社会责任，我将继续从生物社会性角度，对坚持神经技术社会应用的非血缘人员非生物性社会关系人员断绝相关重要社会协作关系。同时，以中国共产党员身份继续公开支持信仰和谐，特别是神经技术条件下的信仰包容，以及在此基础上的世界和平。

Abstract
In the face of the social application based on neural data that has appeared in me and my family all year round, that is, on the basis of neurotechnology application, coupled with the successful academic challenge of social governance programs to neurotechnology inventors, controllers, users, and supporters in the past two weeks, I formally analyzed the feasibility of social applications of neurotechnology from the perspective of technology composition principles and social systems, and put forward a call for the protection of democratic institutions, religious harmony, and biological family relationships.
Preface
After publishing this article publicly, considering the harsh experience of victimization and historical social responsibility, I will continue to sever the relevant important social cooperation relationships from the perspective of biosocial and non-biological social relations of non-blood personnel who adhere to the social application of neurotechnology. At the same time, as a member of the Communist Party of China, I continue to openly support faith harmony, especially faith tolerance under neurotechnological conditions, and world peace on this basis.
