Abstract

My own moral stratification model of neurotechnology explains the conclusion that between 2022 and 2024, American netizens contacted online supported my patriotism in reform and opening up under the public safety of neurotechnology at that time, in order to stabilize the situation in Asia and ensure that the risk of war in the Taiwan Strait is not intensified due to social and emotional pressure caused by neurotechnology.

Preface

From an academic perspective, I reviewed the contact and cooperation with American netizens from 2022 to 2024, and found that I had a serious underestimation of the risk of public harm to neurotechnology at that time, and I greatly admired and thanked the United States for its contribution to this matter. This article is short, mainly because too many details may be exposed when editing neurotechnology, and I still have personal interference and injuries in the hard life in the countryside, so I will enrich and improve it in time after the brain is protected, and I hope for your understanding.

At present, I think that the high-level dialogue between China and the United States has been held at the head of nation level yesterday, and this article can effectively promote Sino-US friendship, and I will provide this article to the world as soon as possible after my car accident yesterday, so as to support the relevant Sino-US friendship from an academic perspective. 本人自己的神经技术道德分层模型，解释了在2022年至2024年间，网络接触的美国网友对于当时神经技术公共安全下，支持本人改革开放爱国主义，为稳定亚洲局势，确保不因神经技术导致社会情绪压力激化相关台海战争风险的结论。

序 言

从学术的角度回顾2022年至2024年与美国网友的接触和合作，发现本人对于当时未能及时主动预防和对于神经技术公共伤害风险存在严重低估，就此非常敬佩和感谢美方在此事上的贡献。此文篇幅较短，主要由于因过多细节在神经技术编辑时可能就被曝光引起争议，而且目前本人仍然在乡下艰苦生活存在贴身干扰和伤害，因此本人将会在大脑受到保护后，及时予以充实完善，希望谅解。

目前，本人认为中美高层昨天刚刚进行了元首对话，该文可以有效推进中美友好，在昨日本人车祸后尽快将此文提供给世界，以便从学术角度支撑相关中美友谊。（2025年09月20日）
