1）个人权利正面主张；
2）个人感情正面追逐；
3）个人名誉负责任维护；
4）主动给予支持和保护本人的司法证据；
5）学术认同的个人公开态度；
6）不给予广播者个人行动自由权只给予生命选择自由权，但广播设备长期跟随本人近6年的搬迁生活近300公里；
7）宁肯自杀也不当面寻找本人。
