     1.6 关于雷达脑机接口司法应用原则，属于本人保守性责任性原则公开，属于迄今为止案件没有有效侦破的被迫妥协研究。期间涉及意识的深入分析和建议，不易公开，确保有神论世界信仰安全应由政府秘密研究。

     1.8 神经技术侵权期间，大脑干扰严重，本人无法正常高效工作，因此研究被拖延很久，且没哟研究支持和完整可靠的知识产权保护；道德压制和控制严重，且没有政府全面支持，本人无法承担全部脱离受害者角色的全球治理管理者的研究者伦理责任

2.1 我们的市场经济下的神经技术发展不可能因为安全而停步

        2.1.4 因为资源有限导致的国家间和个体间的竞争永远不会停止

        2.2  对于人类社会神经技术的高危风险我们还没完全掌握，因此神经技术的社会应用我们依然是需要高度谨慎的，我个人认为是需要禁止的

        2.2.1 神经技术社会应用将破坏我们人类社会目前所有社会关系

        2.2.2 神经技术社会应用很可能以一种错误的科技伦理产生大量的危险的科技产品，即人工进化可以超越自然进化

        2.2.3 神经技术应用将促进社会非伦理性大脑精神研究泛滥，直接导致民主信仰和宗教信仰威胁以及社会不稳定

        2.2.4 目前世界上尚没有共识的完整的神经技术治理方案和共同协议，神经技术社会应用将导致国家间极度不信任

        2.2.5 世界上没有一个国家提出完整的人类大脑完整性保护法律，包括大脑神经数据和神经数据所有权；此时刺激社会研究神经技术社会应用导致的非伦理非科学泛滥型研究人类精神世界是对于社会高度危险的。
