关于目前个人收入影响社会信心的解释

Regarding the impact of my current personal income on public invest confidence:

I currently receive a fixed government-supported salary of US$2,000 per month, which I cannot hold part-time. This salary is used to sustain my business during the period when all my intellectual property rights in Shanghai are exposed in real time and lack market competitiveness due to the infringement of my brain technology. Previously, I incurred a three-year, US$30,000 loan for emergency assistance related to a serious crime involving a woman harmed by neurotechnology. My current salary is almost depleted, making it impossible to afford a rapid improvement in my living conditions (estimated to require several thousand US dollars). Currently, the only self-help plan in China, relying on its own market value, is to establish a consulting company to obtain funding and personnel support, promote safe and economic research under the guise of neurotechnology governance, and advance the stable governance of public incidents caused by neurotechnology. Another option is to seek employment for overseas research during the public incident period. However, considering domestic social relations and patriotic sentiments, and to prevent speculative deterioration of domestic governance, the results of research conducted abroad for financial gain must be made publicly and free of charge to China. Currently, this case is still under public investigation, and government-sponsored research abroad may raise questions about the government and the judiciary in relevant societies. This statement urges investors to conduct their own rational analysis of my research and publicly available authoritative economic and political information, avoiding rumors and making their own judgments.
