公开这个参数，一方面说明这个技术存在是一种公共伤害，中国社会尚处于一种受害状态，但希望不要引起军事竞争和军事应用；另外一方面，说明通过我个人体验采用头皮神经数据进行完全的NAI人工智能机械自动化，以及相关全球公平发展应用，以便国际社会可以比较理性和平和的接受该项技术，同时基于本人个人能力及相关历史，本人个人行为只能基于中美友好关系的基础上进一步推进相关全球公平发展计划。为避免防止该侵权技术直接产生恶性社会伤害，本人持续保持开放态度，坚持在中国法律框架下进行负责任的面对面谈话，同时因为其产生的本人以生命担保的2019年赴美过程受到的道德友善接待，包括现在与美方友好的接触，本人随时接受美方法庭的质询。
