对于服务器的选址，不考虑服务器的计算时间，仅仅按照服务器的响应时间100毫秒以内，只有中国及周边地区，美国和欧洲至今都超过100毫秒。同时考虑国家对于该技术使用方式的明确态度，美国和欧洲均不存在法律空间。对于中国自身布置的可能性，本人认为公开公共伤害数年，该几率微乎甚微。
而且这个侵权事件自2020年1月开始，就出现有效的危害公共伤害的对话，也就是说如果服务器在美国欧洲的话，计算传输速度应该在100毫秒，因此依据当时基础设施条件是完全不可能的，同时基于公共伤害问题认定是中国的也是一种栽赃的说法。
