遗嘱
鉴于目前无能力控制的人脑神经技术5年居家恶性侵权，本人目前已经没有存款，同时其利用心理学和神经技术，严重的干扰了本人的夫妻感情、父子感情、母子感情；既有可能随时出现本人的替代者，导致目前6岁重病女儿后续生活无人照顾（2019年开始的左肺不张，右肺闭塞型细支气管炎；即单肺存活其慢性肺功能衰竭），妻子也可能因社会伤害失业。在本人张雅楠死亡后，请社会监督按照如下遗愿完成如下工作，特此声明:
1）因本人目前主要研究涉及以联合国可持续发展目标和天主教提出的公平发展为依托的人脑神经人工智能技术经济发展和社会治理研究，以及相关国际事务和国际谣言，特委托国际神经伦理协会和中国国家新一代人工智能治理专业委员会负责相关去世后工作。
2）本人目前名下唯一财产为上海松江区九亭镇涞寅路106弄56号303室一处公寓，遗嘱主要目的为分配相关财产，及保护本人相关证据及向警方提供意见和建议。
3）如果父母在世，按照剩余在世人口变卖房产按4口人等分所得，孩子所得部分完全用于医疗康复；父母遗产，如无继承人，完全归女儿所有用于医疗康复。
4）本人在家所有电子资料，电子账户均，以及受害数据记录归国际神经伦理协会所有，用于负责后续治理研究和警方追责。
5）建议国际伦理协会联合中国政府和联合国一同研究本人案例和相关研究资料。
6）建议国际伦理协会变卖本人名下（含zeyarna和fireworksie）的国际域名，提供为孩子后续康复需要。
7）公开所有个人资料，以便澄清本人及家人声誉，确认相关责任，回顾本人公开声明和政府举报，确认本人及家人为神经技术受害者，拒绝任何以神经技术侵权为实质的任何干预。

In view of the fact that the human brain neural technology that I am currently unable to control has been maliciously infringing my rights at home for 5 years, I currently have no savings. At the same time, it has seriously interfered with my relationship with my husband, my father, and my mother by using psychology and neural technology. It is possible that my replacement will appear at any time, resulting in no one to take care of my 6-year-old seriously ill daughter in the future (left lung atelectasis and right lung obliterative bronchiolitis since 2019; that is, chronic lung failure due to single lung survival), and my wife may also lose her job due to social harm. After my death, Zhang Yanan, please ask the society to supervise and complete the following work in accordance with the following wishes. Hereby declare:
1) As my current research mainly involves the economic development and social governance of human brain neural artificial intelligence technology based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the equitable development proposed by the Catholic Church, as well as related international affairs and international rumors, I have specially entrusted the International Neuroethics Society and the China National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional Committee to be responsible for the relevant posthumous work.
2) The only property under my name is an apartment in Room 303, No. 56, Lane 106, Laiyin Road, Jiuting Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai. The main purpose of the will is to distribute the relevant property, protect my relevant evidence, and provide opinions and suggestions to the police.
3) If the parents are still alive, the proceeds from the sale of the property will be divided equally among the four members of the family according to the remaining living population, and the proceeds from the children will be used entirely for medical rehabilitation; if there is no heir, the parents’ estate will be entirely owned by the daughter for medical rehabilitation.
4) All my electronic data, electronic accounts, and victim data records at home will belong to the International Neuroethics Association, which will be responsible for subsequent governance research and police accountability.
5) It is recommended that the International Ethics Association work with the Chinese government and the United Nations to study my case and related research materials.
6) I suggest that the International Ethics Association sell the international domain names under my name (including zeyarna and fireworkssie) to provide for the child’s subsequent rehabilitation needs.
7) Make all personal information public in order to clarify my reputation and that of my family, confirm relevant responsibilities, review my public statements and government reports, confirm that I and my family are victims of neurotechnology, and reject any intervention that is essentially an infringement of neurotechnology.
