因侵权神经技术所导致绝对不平等不自由原因，本人法律权利绝大部分无法有效享受，同时完全无法承担社会责任。当存在该期间的受益社会责任的情况时，本人事实上无法有效履行该社会责任，同时因为神经技术导致的社会曝光及利益驱动，必然导致社会竞争甚至是不法竞争，将伤害给予者的个人利益。因此本人在此声明，如果存在神经技术侵权期间类似受益社会责任给予，且见到本人声明后仍然不肯放弃，本人将首先将相关情况转至本人所属警方，本人对于受益型责任将延至本人大脑受到保护后履行。
