I feel helpless today. When I used the ethics of neurotechnology to avoid the conflicts caused by the recent so-called right-wing political attacks on me due to my research on the safety and economics of human brain neurotechnology artificial intelligence (including sand control) in support of public safety, and further planned to study the internationally popular human brain neurotechnology artificial organ medical project, my family and my children were once again harmed by abnormally high-power signals, the power exceeded the Trifield TF2 range, causing numbness of my brain and my child’s brain. I have suspended relevant research for health and safety reasons, and the relevant situation has been reported to the police.

Due to intellectual property rights and long-term uncertain social interference issues and the urgency of research, I am looking for domestic uninhabited islands with a radius of more than 500 meters and no adjacent islands for my own use, or land with a radius of more than 500 meters for personal use, or near-shore waters with a radius of more than 500 meters for personal use, as well as non-Asian safe areas with financial support.

At the same time, I declare that I and my family adhere to ethical research and conduct independent and original research with the victims’ own funds, and have never received any financial support.

我今天很无奈，在我以神经技术伦理，规避近期因所谓对于本人因居家人脑神经技术人工智能安全经济研究（含治沙）支撑公共安全产生的社会认为本人右倾政治攻击导致的矛盾，进一步计划研究国际流行的人脑神经技术人工器官医疗项目时，居家与孩子再次遭到异常高功率信号伤害功率已经超出Trifield TF2量程，导致本人与孩子大脑麻木，本人因健康安全原因暂停相关研究，相关情况已经向警方反馈。

由于知识产权以及长期不确定社会干扰问题和研究的紧迫性，本人寻找国内无人岛半径500米以上无相邻岛屿的供本人使用的国内无人岛或者半径500米以上的个人使用的土地或者半径500米以上供个人使用的近岸水域，以及资金支持的非亚洲安全地区。

同时声明，本人及家人恪守道德研究为受害者自有资金自主独创性研究，从未接到过任何资金支持。
