关于神经技术广播性质的判断依据
1、是否具备完整的侵权服务器的实时数据，其标准为速度可以达到神经反射速度的0.01秒，具备各个脑部电磁信号信息的多维信息，包括视觉听觉等，使用音视频表达，如果超越正常发言速度；舌头速度为0.02秒，其获取数据的速度依然是服务器级别，也就是说直接同步播放本人发音（多人声音）的出处应为服务器解析广播 。
2、是否为反公共安全的行为，即公开宣传，明确或隐含攻击政府
本人态度认为该情况：
1）本人全力维护公共利益，任何公开行为均应以合法声明民主制度和法制化处理，本人迄今未收到任何合法维权声明包括法院通知
2）针对完整的侵权服务器的实时数据，考虑到其长久的公共危害，本人坚持认为其为海外服务器，无论广播者的语言风格如何类似国内居民
3）本人是在24小时不间断强制性对话过程中无法躲避使用了神经技术进行的重复本人社交媒体已存和已经研究或汇报的意见，并非支持利用该技术解决所谓的相关权利主张和个人追求。
