一、我的研究方案,My Research(HNAI in KSFME)Scope

从目前看公开侵权神经技术在沪引起的社会行为问题已经从社会争论向上向下延伸到了国际战争和生物自然进化。
From the current point of view, the social behavior problems caused by publicly infringing neurotechnology in Shanghai have extended from social controversy up and down to international wars and the natural evolution of organisms.
而我提出的方案是从地理气候的可持续发展角度以信仰为核心带领,自下而上一直延伸至国际战争。
And the plan I put forward is to lead from the perspective of sustainable development of geography and climate, with faith as the core, and extend from the bottom up to international wars.
二、 我的治理方案的逻辑,The logic of my governance plan

自信仰/文化进一步影响到人的三观和个人利益,而人的三观产生了人的长期行为,人的利益产生了人的短期行为,综合两种因素形成了社会整体行为,在社会整体行为不稳定的时候,产生了冲突和战争。
Self-belief/culture further affects people’s three views and personal interests, and people’s three views produce people’s long-term behavior, and people’s interests produce people’s short-term behavior, and the combination of two factors forms the overall behavior of society, and when the overall behavior of society is unstable, conflicts and wars arise.
对于信仰文化能够起到最直接的实用作用的将是信仰领袖和经济发展民主制度,信仰领袖和经济发展将作为最基础的手段和依托。信仰的使用办法就是依仗信仰领袖的影响力,世俗的使用办法就是依仗经济发展和民主制度。The most direct and practical role for the culture of faith will be faith leaders and economic development of the democratic system, and faith leaders and economic development will be the most basic means and support. Faith is used by the influence of faith leaders, and secular is by economic development and democracy.
