摘要

本文以非法失控神经技术借助当事人进行的公共宣传事件建立相关信用模型和宣传模型，借此说明非法失控神经技术、当事人、政府、社会、互联网的相互关系和各自的目的，同时借助之前研究的神经技术下的道德层次模型解释了在政府没有公开宣传下当事人借助神经技术自主宣传的必要性以及最佳的当事人行为策略。

注：因为神经技术为非受本人及法律控制技术，该技术产生的声音目前受害期间本人采用的语言神经数据进行的辩论和宣传，绝大多数声音皆为非同一人声音，且声音主人不详。本人被动进行的少量神经技术语言辩论和宣传，在家中备有的监控中进行了保存，同时绝大部分与本人博客zeyarna.blog，微信zeyarna，facebook @yanan.zhang.zeyarna内容一致。

Abstract

This paper uses illegal runaway neurotechnology to establish relevant credit models and publicity models with the help of public publicity events conducted by the parties, so as to illustrate the relationship and respective purposes of illegal out-of-control neurotechnology, parties, government, society and the Internet, and explains the necessity of independent propaganda and the best behavior strategy of parties without public publicity by the government with the help of the moral hierarchy model under the previously studied neurotechnology.

Note: Because neurotechnology is a technology that is not under the control of the person and the law, the voice generated by this technology is currently used by the person during the victimization period for debate and publicity, and most of the voices are not the same person’s voice, and the owner of the voice is unknown. A small amount of neurotechnical language debate and propaganda that I have passively carried out have been preserved in the surveillance at home, and most of them are consistent with the content of my blog zeyarna.blog, WeChat zeyarna, facebook @yanan.zhang.zeyarna.
