2.为什么本人的中美友好合作不是间谍
2.1.本人是自2020年开始的公开受害者，所有行为皆为神经技术伤害过程中的被动理性
2.2.2021年12月，中美政府最高层通过外交部进行了中国脑控经济制裁公开争议，该事件本人早已在中美两国官方求得相互谅解并持有相关文件，因此该事件并非指本人受害，但因神经技术存在严重的假冒本人行为至今完全不排除有第三方估计制造中美关系恶化。本人因为调和中美就此事矛盾以及后期出现的严重反有神论的公开行为，而进行中美友好维护持续至今。所有行为皆为神经技术不停止公开伤害所致，而且本人及本人家人因赴美回国遭到反美攻击所致。
2.3.中美两国皆因历史主动性公开参与此事，而且存在神经技术肇事被动性公开参与此事，中美两国目前为唯一两个公开对此事有态度国家，且本人今生仅去过美国，因此构建就本人受害事件中美友好实属客观必然。
