In view of the continuous rise of US stocks and Shanghai stock markets in the past month, which is consistent with my public research, I hereby declare：I and my family have never authorized anyone to engage in relevant agency acts and that they have not engaged in domestic and foreign securities business for a long time.
At the same time, it is publicly stated that I am preparing to establish a neurotechnology artificial intelligence research and consulting company, and will begin to communicate with the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and the Shanghai University Commission for Discipline Inspection as early as 2024. It is hereby declared that it is hoped that the society will not be provoked by relevant neurotechnology and create ethical obstacles to Shanghai’s governance.
Apologies at the same time: I have long been involved in international causes of infringing neurotechnology users in my name, and I have never authorized anyone to defend my rights internationally and seek any financial support for me and my family. I and my family have never conducted any Chinese and international securities investment business since 2010, and I make a special statement and apologize for the disturbance that was not my will.

鉴于近一个月美股和沪市等股市持续上涨与本人公开研究情况一致，为此特此声明: 本人及家人从未授权任何人从事相关代理行为以及目前长期未从事国内外证券业务。
同时公开声明本人筹建神经技术人工智能研究咨询公司，早在2024年就开始与上海市市委及上海大学纪委通气，相关方向与既存上海市研究机构并不矛盾，且为本人个人独立研究内容，希望日后予以关心支持。特此声明，希望社会不要被相关神经技术挑拨矛盾，制造上海治理方面的伦理阻碍。
同时致歉：本人长期被侵权神经技术使用者围绕以本人名义进行国际肇事，本人就此声明从未授权任何人为本人及本人家人进行国际维权和寻求任何经济支持，后期如果有任何商务协作因神经技术曝光导致的代理行为，将通过合法合同进行。本人及本人家人自2010年开始从未进行过任何中国和国际证券投资业务，就此特别声明，并且就相关非本人意愿的打扰致歉。
