具体情况如下：本人自2025年5月开始因脑机接口数公里控制范围的公共利益和公职道德，自主自愿搬迁至上海崇明独居隔离生活，期间继续艰苦研究写作并且支撑中美友谊，长期在旷野间遭遇以反谍反美的公开信号伤害；本人父亲自2022年长期在自有九亭住宅居家生活，因独子本人致力于中美友谊的神经技术治理研究和对抗，使用国际新闻和通俗性军事节目消遣娱乐但长期被神经技术煽动洗脑，强制反对本人进行公开亲美亲西主张。在本人离开九亭居家一年多时间内，其目前发现与母亲之前直接公开信号伤害类似的眼睛神经血管病变，且已经出现与母亲一致的单眼近似失明状况，相关伤害人员均常年持有神经技术。据此认为，相关人员为神经技术暗中支撑的侵权行为，与公开围绕本人实施的反美反西和反宗教公开行为无关。可能与历史侵权证据销毁和神经技术对邻里实际利益的关系挑拨有关，且与其长期使用虚假司法处罚后果的恐吓有关。
