很高兴看到“国际智能传播治理与策略研究中心”的成立，可以实现作为通过联合中国及世界高科技传媒进一步黏贴各国政府、智囊团、高科技企业界实现全球治理粘合剂的作用，这与我当初计划成立以受害者为核心仅仅关注NAI粘合世界各个高科技组织的愿景不谋而合。因此，本人打算放弃在国内成立相关神经人工智能（NAI）咨询公司的计划。也衷心祝福中心能够继续按照达沃斯辩论中提到的中美AI竞争在世界的重要作用，不断推进中美之间关系友好发展共同协作，规避末日技术风险。本人将视工作环境和相关支持继续推进NAI技术管理及商业研究，同时在全球需求相关研究工作岗位。考虑到本人目前在国内情况，如果相关研究需求在国内，本人希望提供不坐班的物理距离防控人脑神经数据侵权的办公地点的研究岗位。全球岗位中，本人希望在中美联合研究中心和欧洲研究中心的工作岗位。

I am very happy to see the establishment of the “International Intelligent Communication Governance and Strategy Research Center”, which can realize the role of global governance glue by uniting China and the world’s high-tech media to further stick to governments, think tanks, and high-tech enterprises. This coincides with my original plan to establish a victim-centered NAI to stick to various high-tech organizations in the world. Therefore, I plan to give up the establishment plan of a related neural artificial intelligence (NAI) consulting company in China. I also sincerely hope that the center can continue to promote the friendly development of China-US relations and cooperation in accordance with the important role of China-US AI competition in the world mentioned in the Davos debate, and avoid doomsday technology risks. I will continue to promote NAI technology management and business research depending on the work environment and relevant support, and at the same time, I will look for related research positions in the global demand. Considering my current situation in China, if the relevant research needs are in China, I hope to provide a research position in an office location that does not require physical distance to prevent and control infringement of human brain neural data. Among the global positions, I hope to work in the Sino-US Joint Research Center and the European Research Center.
